Do you accept refunds?
At this time, H2H does not process refunds unless an order cancellation was requested. You must request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel, please contact us.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use USPS. We do not offer FedEx, DHL at this time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our facility, based in the United States - from California.
Can I track my parcel online?
All orders can be tracked online, once your order has shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
